Section 50 of the International Protection Act 2015 prohibits returning a person to a territory where their life or freedom would be threatened, or where there is a serious risk of the death penalty, torture or other inhuman or degrading treatment. This tool builds an individualised, forward-looking risk assessment under Section 50, Article 3 ECHR and Article 33 of the Refugee Convention, and drafts first-person submissions to the Minister for Justice in Microsoft Word.
